眼周注射联合面部微针导入胶原蛋白改善皮肤光老化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼周注射联合面部微针导入胶原蛋白在改善皮肤光老化中的疗效。方法:纳入2021年6月-2022年3月于笔者医院要求改善面部皮肤光老化的15例就医者。给予就医者眼周注射联合面部微针导入胶原蛋白治疗,每月1次,共治疗3次。分别于治疗前及治疗3次后1个月,就医者通过整体美学改善量表对疗效进行主观评价,使用VISIA图像分析对就医者眼周皱纹、毛孔、纹理和棕色斑指标进行定量评价。结果:治疗后,就医者主观评价治疗后对面部皮肤纹理和皮肤肤色改善明显,VISIA图像分析结果显示眼周皱纹、纹理和棕色斑明显改善(P<0.01),毛孔有改善趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗无明显不良反应。结论:眼周注射联合面部微针导入胶原蛋白,能够明显减少眼周皱纹,具有较好的改善肤色和皮肤质地的效果,可用于皮肤光老化改善的治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of periorbital injection combined with facial microneedling in the delivery of collagen for improving photoaged skin.Methods Fifteen patients attending the author's hospital from June 2021 to March 2022 who requested improvement of facial skin photoaging were included.They received periorbital injections combined with facial microneedling collagen treatment once a month,for a total of three treatments.The efficacy was subjectively evaluated by the patients using the Global Aesthetic Improvement scale before treatment and one month after each of the three treatments.VISIA image analysis was used to quantitatively evaluate the periorbital wrinkles,pores,texture,and brown spots.Results After the treatment,the patients’subjective evaluations showed signifi cant improvement in facial skin texture and skin tone.The VISIA image analysis showed signifi cant improvements in periorbital wrinkles,texture,and brown spots(P<0.01),and a trend towards improvement in pores,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion Periorbital injections combined with facial microneedling for collagen delivery can signifi cantly reduce periorbital wrinkles and has a good effect on improving skin tone and texture,making it suitable for the treatment of photoaged skin.
