复方甘草酸苷片联合舒缓保湿修护霜在面部敏感性皮肤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价复方甘草酸苷片联合舒缓保湿修护霜在面部敏感性皮肤患者中的治疗作用。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月于笔者医院就诊的50例面部敏感性皮肤的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。口服复方甘草酸苷片者为对照组(23例),口服复方甘草酸苷片联合外用舒缓保湿修护霜者为观察组(27例)。治疗2周后比较两组皮损面积评分、表皮含水量及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组皮损面积评分及表皮含水量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,观察者皮损面积评分小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组表皮含水量大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率(96.30%)高于对照组(65.22%)(P<0.05),且两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合舒缓保湿修护霜治疗面部敏感性皮肤疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with anti-sensitive repairing cream on patients with facial sensitive skin.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with facial sensitive skin in the author's hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.23 patients were treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the control group.27 patients were treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with external anti-sensitive repairing cream in the observation group.Area scores of facial lesion,epidermis hydration and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,the area scores of facial lesion and epidermis hydration value were no significant diff erence between two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the area scores of facial lesion of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the epidermis hydration value of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups of patients.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with anti-sensitive repairing cream is an eff ective method for patients with facial sensitive skin.
