微信平台延伸护理服务对前牙缺损纳米复合树脂修复术后患者疼痛、美观度及复诊率的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析微信平台延伸护理服务对前牙缺损纳米复合树脂修复术后患者疼痛、美观度及复诊率的影响。方法:选择2020年11月-2021年12月笔者科室收治的76例前牙牙体缺损患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。所有患者均进行纳米复合树脂修复,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用微信平台的延伸护理服务,两组均干预至修复后6个月。统计两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量、口腔修复依从性、修复美观度、修复后舒适度、满意度、复诊及并发症发生情况等。结果:干预结束后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心理状况、生理状况、社会关系、环境评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组口腔修复依从性、修复后美观度、修复后舒适度及患者对外观修复满意度、功能修复满意度、医生对护理配合满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后1周及修复后1、3、6个月,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后1、3、6个月,观察组复诊率均高于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间,观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用微信平台的延伸护理服务可有效缓解前牙缺损患者纳米复合树脂修复后的疼痛,提高患者口腔修复的依从性、修复体外观的美观性、修复后的舒适度及满意度,同时提高医生对护理配合的满意度及患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生,具有良好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the effects of WeChat platform extended nursing service on pain,aesthetics and return visit rate of patients with anterior tooth defects after nanocomposite resin repair.Methods From November 2020 to December 2021,76 patients with anterior teeth defect in the author's department were taken as the research object,and they were divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)by random number table method.All patients were repaired with nano-composite resin,while the control group was intervened by routinenursing,and the observation group was intervened by extended nursing service of WeChat platform on this basis.Both groups were intervened until 6 months after the repair.The clinical efficacy,pain level,quality of life,compliance with oral restoration,aesthetic restoration,post restoration comfort,satisfaction,follow-up visits,and incidence of complications in two groups were counted.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of psychological status,physiological status,social relationship and environment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of oral restoration compliance,esthetics after restoration,comfort after restoration,patients'satisfaction with appearance restoration,functional restoration,and doctors'satisfaction with nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 week and 1,3,and 6 months after repair(P<0.05).At 1,3,and 6 months after repair,the return visit rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing service of WeChat platform could effectively relieve the pain of patients w
