全程细致护理在点阵微针射频治疗烧伤后面部瘢痕中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察全程细致护理对点阵微针射频治疗烧伤后面部瘢痕患者的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年4月收治的103例烧伤后面部瘢痕患者为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为两组,对照组51例给予常规护理,观察组52例给予全程细致护理。比较两组色素沉着程度、温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)评分及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗结束2个月后,两组色素沉着程度分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束2个月后,观察组VSS各评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD-RISC各评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对点阵微针射频治疗的面部烧伤后瘢痕患者实施全程细致护理,可促进患者瘢痕康复,提高患者心理弹性,并减少并发症。Objective To observe the effect of whole-process meticulous nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients with post-burn scar treated by micro-needle radiofrequency therapy.Methods A total of 103 patients with post-burn facial scars who were admitted from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by simple random method,51 cases in the control group were given routine care,and 52 cases in the observation group were given full-course meticulous care.The pigmentation degree,vancouver scar scale(VSS)score,connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in pigmentation grading between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the VSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the CD-RISC scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course meticulous nursing for facial burn scar patients treated with fractional microneedle radiofrequency can promote scar recovery,improve psychological resilience and reduce complications.
