摘 要:纳米金刚石是一种兼具金刚石和纳米材料特性的新型材料,具有许多其他材料无法比拟的优异性质,在材料科学领域有着广阔的应用前景。文章分别从超精密抛光、金刚石基氮化镓(GaN)技术、纳米聚晶金刚石、纳米金刚石增强铁镍基复合材料、医疗领域、微电子工业中的应用以及改善尾气排放等方面对纳米金刚石的应用做了简单的阐述。目前纳米金刚石在现代科技中的应用只是冰山一角,更多的应用还需要进一步探索。Nano-diamond is a new kind of material with both diamond and nano-material characteristics.It has many excellent properties that are incomparable to other materials and has important application prospects in a wide range of fields.In this paper,the application of nano-diamond is briefly described from the aspects of ultra-precision polishing,diamond-based gallium nitride(GaN)technology,nanometer polycrystalline diamond,nano-diamond reinforced Fe-Ni matrix composites,medical field,applications in the microelectronics industry and the improvement of exhaust emission.At present,the application of nano-diamond in modern science and technology is only the tip of the iceberg,and more applications need to be further explored.
