摘  要:L-薄荷醇是一种广泛应用于食品和医药行业的重要香料,因其结构中存在3个手性中心,使得每种立体异构体呈现不同的性质;同时由于现有工艺发展的局限性,较难获得光学活性的薄荷醇异构体。文章从具有光学活性的薄荷醇出发,合成得到单个异构体,并对其进行酯化衍生反应,基于此,确定了相对高效的手性液相分离方法。L-menthol is an important spice which has been widely used in food and pharmaceutical industry,however,each stereoisomer presents different properties due to the three chiral centers in its structure.At the same time,it is difficult to obtain optically active menthol isomers because of the limited development of the separation technology.In this paper,single isomer was synthesized from the pure menthol with optical activity and further esterification derivatization was carried out.Based on this,a relatively efficient chiral liquid phase separation method was determined.
