摘 要:针对舰船加筋舱壁在穿甲战斗部侵舱内爆后的快速毁伤评估问题,对加筋舱壁的等效厚度计算模型进行优化。基于试验验证的数值计算方法,以相同载荷下靶板的变形挠度作为切入点,分析质量等效与能量等效理论模型的准确性,进而提出修正思想。综合考虑质量等效理论与能量等效理论,给出修正标准,拟合修正系数。示例工况下,质量等效计算厚度较于加筋板实际等效厚度偏小,二者挠度误差约在12.98%~43.9%;能量等效计算厚度较于加筋板实际等效厚度偏大,二者挠度误差约在5.73%~18.9%,通过这2种理论求解厚度时,会存在低估或夸大加筋舱壁抗爆性能的风险。研究表明,加筋板实际等效厚度处于质量等效与能量等效计算结果之间;未经修正的理论计算方法相较于实际加筋板等效厚度存在较大误差;经过修正后的理论方法可以用于加筋舱壁等效厚度的快速计算。To solve complex environment theory calculation method in solving reinforcement bulkhead equivalent thickness accuracy problem.Firstly,based on the numerical results verified by experiments,the accuracy of the theory of mass equivalent and energy equivalent is analyzed by taking the deflection of target plate under the same load as the cut-in point.Then,considering the mass equivalent theory and the energy equivalent theory,the correction standard is given to fit the correction coefficient.The results show that the mass equivalent thickness is smaller than the actual equivalent thickness of the stiffened plate,and the deflection error of the mass equivalent thickness is about 12.98%~43.9%,and the energy equivalent thickness is larger than the actual equivalent thickness of the stiffened plate,the deflection error is about 5.73%~18.9%under the working condition.The risk of underestimating or exaggerating the anti-explosion performance of stiffened plate is existed when the thickness is solved by these two theories.The results show that the actual equivalent thickness of stiffened plate is between the mass equivalent and the energy equivalent,and the unmodified method has a large error compared with the actual equivalent thickness of stiffened plate.The modified method can be used to calculate the equivalent thickness of stiffened bulkhead quickly.
