摘  要:基于波形控制器改善杀伤战斗部轴向飞散特性,使用数值计算的方法比较了中心点起爆、一端中心起爆、两端中心起爆和中心三点起爆方式下有无波形控制器对破片空间分布、破片飞散速度和破片飞散角的影响,总结了不同起爆方式下波形控制器对破片飞散特性的影响,并对波形控制器的影响机理进行了初步分析。结果表明:与无波形控制器相比,4种起爆方式下波形控制器可以提高破片轴向飞散距离的一致性和飞散速度一致性,含波形控制器数值模型破片飞散角数值计算值依次分别减小43.2%、43.3%、40.0%和35.2%,破片沿轴向分布更集中,破片分布密度分别增大78.3%、78.4%、68.0%和55.8%,波形控制器对一端中心起爆时的破片分布密度增益最显著,研究结果可为波形控制器曲线和杀伤战斗部结构设计提供参考。Based on the wave shaper to improve the axial scattering characteristics of fragmentation warhead,using the method of numerical calculation,the spatial distribution of fragments,the fragmentation scattering velocity,and the fragment scattering angle with or without the wave shaper are compared under the modes of central point initiation,one-end center initiation,two-end center initiation,and center three-point initiation.The impact of the wave shaper on the scattering characteristics of fragments under different detonation modes is summarized,and a preliminary analysis is conducted on the impact mechanism of the wave shaper.The results show that compared with non-wave shaper,the wave shaper can improve the consistency of the axial scattering distance and the scattering velocity of the fragments under the four initiation modes.The numerical calculation values of the fragment scattering angle of the numerical model with the wave shaper are reduced by 43.2%,43.3%,40.0%and 35.2%,respectively.The distribution of the fragments along the axial direction is more concentrated,and the distribution density of the fragments is increased by 78.3%,78.4%,68.0%and 55.8%,respectively.The wave shaper has the most significant gain in the distribution density of the fragments when the center of one end is detonated.The research results can provide reference for the wave shaper curve and the structural design of the fragmentation warhead.
