摘 要:为研究多孔翅片参数对封闭腔内自然对流传热的影响规律,数值分析了腔内热壁面所布置多孔翅片长度l、安装位置s、安装角θ、达西数Da和有效导热系数Ke对腔内自然对流传热的影响。结果表明:当Ra=105,使得腔内热壁面Nu最大的多孔翅片单参数组合为:l=0.35H、s=0.375H、θ=90°,相比无翅片工况提高了33.3%;当Ra=105,应用响应面法分析多参数影响,获得腔内对流传热效果最优的多孔翅片参数组合为:l=0.44H、s=0.34H、θ=101.72°,相比无翅片工况,热壁面Nu提高了34.4%;当Ra=105,同一达西数下,热壁面Nu随着多孔翅片有效导热系数的增大而增大。有效导热系数不变,达西数增大同样强化了腔内对流传热。多孔翅片有效导热系数和达西数对提高腔内对流传热具有协同作用。该研究结果能够为改善工业生产中电子元器件的自然对流冷却效果提供理论指导。In order to study effects of porous fin parameters on natural convection heat transfer in an enclosed cavity,the influence of the porous length l,installation position s,installation angleθ,Darcy number Da and effective thermal conductivity Ke on the natural convection heat transfer in the cavity are analyzed numerically by arranging porous fins on the hot wall in an enclosed cavity.The results are as follows:when Ra=105,the single parameter combination of porous fins with the maximum average Nusselt number of the hot wall is:l=0.35 H,s=0.375 H,θ=90°,increases by 33.3%compared with no-fin structure.When Ra=105,the combination of porous fin parameters with the optimal convection heat transfer effect in the cavity obtained by applying the response surface method to analyze the influence of multiple parameters is:l=0.44 H,s=0.34 H,θ=101.72°.The average Nusselt number of hot wallincreases by 34.4%compared with no-fin structure.When Ra=105,the average Nusselt number of the hot wall under the same Darcy number increases with the increase of effective thermal conductivity of porous fins.When the effective thermal conductivity remains constant,the increase of Darcy number is about to enhance convection heat transfer in the cavity.The effective thermal conductivity and Darcy numberof the porous fins have synergistic influence on improving convection heat transfer.The results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for improving the natural convection cooling effect of electronic components in industrial production.
