摘　　要：基于2001~2020年藏羌彝走廊核心区106个县域面板数据,文章考察了政府干预门槛效应下金融发展对乡村振兴的影响效果。研究发现,考虑政府干预的作用,县域金融发展对乡村振兴的影响存在明显的“阶梯特征”。当政府干预不足时,县域金融发展会加剧相对贫困,不利于乡村振兴;跨越一定门槛值后,政府干预程度越高,金融发展对乡村振兴的推动作用越明显,处理内生性问题后的结论依然稳健。异质性分析发现,处于边缘地带的省际交界县需要政府更多的支持,才能发挥出金融对乡村振兴的服务效能。因此,地方政府应积极承担起乡村振兴的主体投入责任,科学认识金融对乡村振兴的服务效能,撬动金融按市场化原则更多投向农业农村,积极引导资金和资源回流农村,推动乡村振兴进程。Based on the panel data of 106 counties in the core area of the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor from 2001 to 2020,this paper examines the impact of financial development on rural revitalization under the threshold effect of government intervention.Considering the role of government intervention,it has been found that the impact of county financial development on rural revitalization has a clear"ladder characteristic".When government inter⁃vention is insufficient,financial development exacerbates relative poverty,which is not conducive to rural revital⁃ization.Once a certain threshold is crossed,the higher the level of government intervention,the more obvious the role of financial development in promoting rural revitalization,and the conclusion after addressing endogeneity is⁃sues remains stable.According to a heterogeneity analysis,inter-provincial border counties located in marginal areas require more government support to unleash the service effectiveness of finance for rural revitalization.Therefore,local governments should actively assume the main investment responsibility for rural revitalization,scientifically understand the service efficiency of finance in rural revitalization,leverage finance to invest more in agriculture and rural areas based on market-oriented principles,actively guide the return of funds and resourc⁃es to rural areas and accelerate the rural revitalization.
