摘　　要：在隧道工程建设中存在着较大的施工成本偏差,因此,为了优化施工成本控制效果,进而提高工程效率,对隧道工程建设的造价特点及施工成本控制进行研究。本文首先对某隧道工程建设造价特点进行分析,并确定成本涵盖范围、成本预估期限、施工进度的目标成本和预算,运用挣得值法计算不同偏差值和对应指标,根据实际情况调整控制措施,以完成对施工成本控制的分析。最终的控制效果表明,该方法可以对施工成本偏差进行有效控制,从而达到预期控制目标,还可实现对施工进程的控制,促使工程按时完工。There is a big deviation of construction cost in tunnel engineering construction,therefore,in order to optimize the effect of construction cost control and improve engineering efficiency,the cost characteristics and construction cost control of tunnel engineering construction are studied.In this paper,firstly,the characteristics of a tunnel project construction cost are analyzed,and determine the cost coverage,project cost forecast period,target cost and budget of construction progress,calculate different deviation values and corresponding indicators by using earned value method,and adjust control measures according to the actual situation to complete the analysis of construction cost control.The final control effect shows that this method can effectively control the deviation of construction cost,so as to achieve the expected control goal,and can also control the construction process and urge the project to be completed on time.
