摘 要:为促进工程造价管理质量与效率提升,将BIM应用到建筑工程造价的精细化管理当中,并提出管理体系的运用策略。在明确建筑工程造价精细化管理实施的必要性基础上,结合BIM技术在建筑工程造价精细化管理中具备的实现信息共享、提升各阶段工程造价精细化管理效率、使各阶段在各参与方之间造价管理更协调等应用价值,提出决策阶段对场地分析与方案选择、设计阶段推断项目可行性与经济性、招投标阶段应用BIM模型快速获取工程量信息、施工阶段进行4D施工模拟与造价管理等阶段实施策略,从而适应现代建筑成本管理需求。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of project cost management,BIM is applied to the fine management of construction cost,and the application strategy of management system is proposed.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of implementing the fine management of construction engineering cost,combined with the application value of BIM technology in the fine management of construction engineering cost,such as realizing information sharing,improving the efficiency of fine management of project cost at each stage,and making the cost management at each stage more coordinated among participant,in order to meet the needs of modern construction cost management,the implementation strategies of site analysis and scheme selection at decision-making stage,project feasibility and economy inference at design stage,rapid acquisition of engineering quantity information by BIM model at bidding stage,and 4D construction simulation,and cost management at construction stage are proposed,so as to meet the needs of modern construction cost management.
