摘　　要：本文提出对建设工程质量检测机构所使用的设备进行全寿命周期监测。采用“一进一出”的管理思路,以设备采购、使用和报废全过程为时间轴线,设备管理表格为载体,设备信息化平台建设为工具,线上线下相结合,达到对设备性能的可靠性智能化分析,形成完整的设备管理链条,使机构设备管理员、使用人员和管理者能清楚了解设备的运行状况,可大幅提高机构工作效率,降低管理成本,以期助力建设工程质量检测行业的高速与高质量发展。This paper proposes to monitor the whole life cycle of the equipment used by the construction engineering quality inspection institutions.Adopting the“one in,one out”management idea,taking the whole process of equipment purchase,use and scrap as the time axis,equipment management form as the carrier,equipment information platform construction as the tool,combining online and offline to achieve the reliability intelligent analysis of equipment performance,forming a complete equipment management chain,so that the organization equipment administrators,users and managers can clearly understand the operation status of equipment,greatly improve the organization’s work efficiency,reduce management costs,in order to help the construction engineering quality testing industry to develop in high speed and high quality.
