摘  要:以DMB系列中免耕播种机变速箱为研究对象,设计了抱簧离合器,使用SolidWorks软件建立了离合器的三维几何模型,利用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对抱簧离合器中主要零件进行静力学有限元分析,确定了离合器抱簧的应力应变变化规律。通过动力学分析,确定了抱簧离合器的动态性能参数,为抱簧离合器结构的优化设计提供了重要的数据参考,对于提升免耕播种机的工作性能以及离合器的可靠性具有重要意义。Taking transmission case in no-tillage seeder of the DMB series as the research object,the spring-holding clutch was designed and its geometric model was established with SolidWorks,and the finite element analysis for maim components of the spring-holding clutch was carried out with ANSYS Workbench software.The stress-strain variation law of the holding spring of the spring clutch was obtained through static analysis,and the dynamic performance parameters were obtained through dynamic analysis.The research results could provide a certain theoretical reference for improved design of the spring clutch structure,which had significance for improvement of working performance of the no-tillage seeder and reliability of the spring clutch.
