摘 要:以分析纯的硝酸铝和碳酸氢铵为主要原料,采用共沉淀法制备纳米氧化铝粉体,研究反应物的加料顺序和加料速度、表面活性剂种类、溶剂组成、晶种及前驱体的煅烧温度对产物的影响。采用X射线衍射仪分析粉体的物相组成,用谢乐公式计算晶粒尺寸,采用透射电子显微镜观测颗粒形貌。结果表明:原料的加料顺序对产物影响不明显,用PEG6000作表面活性剂,水和乙醇等体积混合液作溶剂,Al(NO_(3))_(3)溶液直接倒入NH_(4)HCO_(3)溶液中制得前驱体,当煅烧温度为1135℃煅烧2 h时,制备了粒径为33 nm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体,加入晶种后,煅烧温度可降低至1075℃。Aluminum nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate were used to prepare nanometer alumina powders by chemical precipitation method.The effect of feeding sequence of aluminum nitrate solution and ammonium bicarbonate solution,the kinds of surfactant,the rate of aluminum nitrate solution added into ammonium bicarbonate solution,the volume ratio of water to ethanol in solvent,the adding of α-Al_(2)O_(3) as seed crystal and the calcination temperature of the precursor on the prepared powders was studied.X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze phase composition of the prepared powders.Scherrer formula was used to calculate particle size.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the particle shape.Results indicated that the feeding sequence has less effect on the prepared powders.Nano meter powders with 33 nm particle size was prepared by calcination the precursor at 1135℃ for 2 hours.The precursor was prepared by using PEG6000 as surfactant,equal volume mixture of water and ethanol as solvent,pouring aluminum nitrate solution into ammonium bicarbonate solution at one time.The calcination temperature decreased to 1075℃ by adding nanometer α-Al_(2)O_(3) powders as seed crystal during precursor preparation.
