摘 要:钙钛矿太阳能电池自面世以来,以巨大的发展潜力,受到了研究人员的重点关注。通过多年的发展,钙钛矿电池的性能得到了显著提升,在正常光照条件下,光电转换效率超过25%,性能方面已经达到了进入市场的条件。钙钛矿太阳能电池极具科学研究价值和实际运用前景。本文对钙钛矿太阳能电池的结构及性能的数值模拟做了系统性总结,综合国内外聚光钙钛矿太阳能电池的发展,以及数值模拟研究工作,同时也对钙钛矿太阳能电池的未来发展方向做了分析与展望。Since its emergence,perovskite solar cell has drawn much attention among the researchers because of its huge development potential.After years of development,the current performance of perovskite cells has been significantly improved,with the photoelectric conversion efficiency exceeding 25% under normal lighting conditions.In terms of performance,perovskite solar cells have reached the conditions for entering the market.Perovskite solar cells have great scientific research value and practical application prospects.In this paper,the numerical simulation of the structure and performance of perovskite solar cells are systematically summarized and the development and numerical simulation of perovskite solar cells are integrated.Meanwhile,the future development direction of perovskite solar cells is analyzed and prospected.
