摘 要:通过龙泉窑铁胎的烧成试验,证明了铁胎在还原气氛下的烧结温度比氧化气氛下的烧结温度要低,并且最大收缩率和收缩速度均比氧化气氛大。其主要原因在于龙泉窑铁胎Fe_(2)O_(3)含量较高,在还原气氛下转化为FeO,FeO起熔剂的作用,使坯体在较低温度下出现液相。另外,通过龙泉窑铁胎施以不同成熟温度的釉料分别进行氧化气氛和还原气氛烧制实验,观察烧成时的外观性状,找出铁胎中Fe_(2)O_(3)氧化分解和还原反应产生气体的规律,从而为解决铁胎青瓷由于Fe_(2)O_(3)引起的起泡和孔洞问题而提供理论依据。Through the firing experiment of iron rich porcelain body at Longquan Kiln,it is proved that the sintering temperature of iron rich porcelain body with iron fired under reducing atmosphere is lower than that fired under oxidation atmosphere,and the maximum shrinkage rate and shrinkage speed are greater than that of oxidation atmosphere.The main reason is that Fe_(2)O_(3)content in iron rich porcelain body is higher and it was converted into FeO under reducing atmosphere,while FeO plays the role of flux and the greenbody appears liquid phase at lower temperature.In addition,the oxidation atmosphere and reducing atmosphere firing experiments were carried out by applying glazes with different mature temperatures to the iron rich porcelain body of Longquan Kiln,and the exterior characteristics of the bodyduring firing were observed,and the law of gas production in the oxidative decomposition and reduction reaction of Fe_2O_(3) in theiron rich porcelain body was found so as to provide a theoretical basis for solving the problem of blistering and porosity caused by Fe_(2)O_(3).
