摘 要:针对魏家地煤矿1号特厚瓦斯突出煤层在回采过程中瓦斯涌出易造成工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,开展了工作面瓦斯运移涌出、储集规律及定向钻孔瓦斯综合治理技术研究。通过分析定向长钻孔施工过程中存在的问题,对定向钻孔施工工艺和封孔工艺进行优化,实现了定向钻孔的快速、安全钻进。通过分析卸压瓦斯涌出及运移规律,得出1号煤层开采后,2号煤层处于底板裂缝带范围,卸压瓦斯大量上涌,采空区顶板上方40~65 m范围内发育大量离层裂隙,为卸压瓦斯的富集提供了储存空间;下覆2号煤层的部分瓦斯在扩散和升浮的作用下向上扩散,最后聚集在1号煤层上方的离层裂隙中,形成瓦斯富集区域。针对分析结果,在应用技术优化前提下开展了现场试验研究,结果表明:采用优化后的顶底板定向钻孔技术后,工作面瓦斯涌出量由原来的32 m^(3)/min降至15 m^(3)/min,瓦斯浓度由0.75%开始降低并稳定在0.23%,有效保障了工作面的安全高效生产。Aimed at the gas transfinite problem of upper corner of working face easily caused by gas emission during mining process of No.1 extra-thick gas outburst coal seam in Weijiadi Coal Mine,research on gas migration,emission,storage patterns,and directional drilling gas comprehensive control technology in fully mechanized mining faces was conducted.By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of directional long drilling,the construction technology and sealing technology of directional drilling were optimized,realizing the rapid and safe drilling of directional drilling.By analyzing the law of pressure-relief gas emission and migration,it was concluded that No.2 coal seam is within the range of floor fracturing zone after the mining of No.1 coal seam,accompanied by a large amount of pressure-relief gas emission,a large number of separation fractures were developed within 40-65 m above the roof of the goaf,providing storage space for the enrichment of pressure-relief gas.Part of the gas in the underlying No.2 coal seam diffused upward under the effect of diffusion and floatation,and finally accumulated in the separation fissures above the No.1 coal seam,forming a gas enrichment area.On the basis,field test and research were carried out on the premise of application of technical optimization,and the results showed that after adopting the optimized roof and floor directional drilling technology,the gas emission of the working face decreased sharply from 32 m^(3)/min to 15 m^(3)/min,and the gas concentration decreased sharply from 0.75%to 0.23%,which effectively ensured the safe and efficient production of the working face.
