摘  要:羟醛缩合反应是重要的均相催化反应之一,阐述了羟醛缩合反应的机理,详细分析了影响戊醛羟醛缩合反应工业生产的关键因素。通过在国能包头煤化工有限责任公司生产装置上的实际案例,深入阐释了油水体积比(以下简称“油水比”)在缩合反应过程中的重要作用,通过调整碱水循环量将工业生产装置中的油水比由1.85逐步降低到1.52,再沸器蒸汽用量由大于5 t/h逐步降低到4.42 t/h,循环油相中戊醛占比由低于5%(v/v)增加到90%(v/v)以上,有效提升了缩合反应中戊醛的转化率和缩合循环塔的运行稳定性,最终将C10醇产量提高了7.94 t/d,收率提升了4.54%,经济效益显著。Aldol condensation reaction is one of the important homogeneous catalytic reactions.The mechanism of aldol condensation reaction is elaborated,and the key factors affecting the industrial production of glutaraldehyde aldol condensation reaction are analyzed in detail.Through practical cases on industrial production plant in China Energy Baotou Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the important role of oil-water volume ratio in the condensation reaction process was discussed in depth.By adjusting the alkali water circulation volume,the oil-water volume ratio in industrial production plant was gradually reduced from 1.85 to 1.52,and the use of reboiled steam of reboiler was gradually reduced from more than 5 t/h to 4.42 t/h,and the proportion of glutaraldehyde in the circulating oil phase increased from less than 5%(v/v)to 90%(v/v),effectively improving the conversion rate of glutaraldehyde in the condensation reaction and the operational stability of the condensation circulation tower,and the daily production of C10 alcohol was increased by 7.94 tons,the yield was increased by 4.54%,which showed significant economic benefits.
