沁县谷子机械化播种技术研究

摘　　要：介绍了四种谷子机械化播种机具,通过对播种机性能项目和质量项目的测试,从出苗情况和机具性能情况出发分析其影响因素,分别是:机具性能、播种质量、操作手水平、种子品种、天气状况、地块性状等。提出改进意见:提高机具仿形效果、开沟器角度增大、种箱形状改变、排种器升级改造、播种方式创新、建立专门研发小组等。Four kinds of millet sowing machinery were introduced,and influences of the machinery on sowing performance and sowing quality were analyzed based on seed emergency and sowing machinery quality.Effective factors are sowing machinery performance,sowing quality,operator performance,seed types,climate situation and field condition.Suggestions for improving sowing quality of millet are increase of profiling effects of sowing machinery,increase width of furrower,change of seed container,improvement of metering device,innovation of sowing form and establishment of development team.
