摘　　要：当下,中小医疗机构存在数据通信标准不统一,医疗信息系统孤立,不同科室之间的医疗数据调用、存储与共享缺乏协调性的问题。针对这些问题,文章利用大数据挖掘技术、Hadoop分布式软件架构、Hadoop分布式文件系统(Hadoop Distributed File System,HDFS)文件存储模型、MapReduce编程模型以及HBase数据库等搭建分布式智慧医疗信息服务管理系统,设置医疗诊疗检查、医疗信息管理、患者生命体征监测、临床影像管理、电子病历以及电子健康档案等服务模块,提供医疗数据资源整理、医疗信息检索、医疗信息共享、数据流表结构设计以及分布式数据存储的智能化服务,按需对特定医疗数据作出预读取、检索、合并与存储,以此提高Hadoop分布式智慧医疗信息系统的医疗业务信息管理质量。At present,the data communication standards of small and medium-sized medical institutions are not unified and the medical information system is isolated.By using big data mining technology,Hadoop distributed software architecture,Hadoop Distributed File System(HDFS)file storage model,MapReduce programming model,HBase database and other software components,a distributed intelligent medical information service management system is built,set up medical examination,medical information management,patient vital signs monitoring,clinical image management,electronic medical records,electronic health records functional service modules,it can provide the intelligent service of medical data resource arrangement,medical information retrieval,medical information sharing,data flow table structure design,distributed data storage,to pre-read,retrieve,merge and store the special medical data on demand,so as to improve the quality of medical information management in Hadoop Distributed Intelligent Medical Information System.
