摘　　要：民用航空空中交通管理(以下简称民航空管)行业应遵循国家信息安全等级保护的有关法规规定,进一步完善民航空管信息系统网络安全防护体系。阐述了民航空管自动转报系统,分析了华北空管局生产运行中心自动转报系统运行特点,从网络安全外联接口区设计、网络攻击防御设计、安全审计设计、日志收集与分析设计、终端安全管理及威胁防御系统设计等方面,对华北空管局生产运行中心自动转报系统提出具体的网络安全防护能力改进方案。The civil aviation air traffic management industry should comply with the relevant national regulations on information security level protection,and further improve the network security protection system.This article provides a detailed explanation of the basic situation of the civil aviation air traffic management automatic message switching system.It analyzes the operational characteristics of the automatic message switching system in the North China Air Traffic Management Bureau of Civil Aviation.This article proposes specific improvement design for network security protection capabilities of the automatic message switching system in the North China Air Traffic Management Bureau of Civil Aviation.The improvement design cover various aspects including the design of network security external area,network attack defense,security audit,log collection and analysis,terminal security management and threat defense system design.
