新发展阶段农村社区党建文化发展路径探究

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出“深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程”。农村社区党建工作是党建工作的重点和难点所在,农村社区党建文化是影响农村社区党组织政治、思想、治理能力建设,影响乡村振兴的重要因素。然而,当前农村社区党建文化建设依然受到多种因素制约,面临诸多问题。鉴于此,要从党内政治文化建设、思想文化建设、制度文化建设、党风文化建设和廉洁文化建设5个方面推进新发展阶段农村社区党建文化建设。The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that"further promote the new great project of Party building in the new era".The Party building work in the rural community is the key and difficult point of the Party building work.The Party building culture in the rural community is an important factor that affects the political,ideological and governance capacity building of the Party organization in the rural community and the revitalization of the countryside.However,the current cultural construction of Party construction in rural communities is still restricted by a variety of factors and faced with many problems.In view of this,it is necessary to promote the cultural construction of Party construction in rural communities in the new development stage from five aspects:inner-Party political culture construction,ideological and cultural construction,institutional culture construction,Party style culture construction,and clean culture construction.
