摘　　要：全面实施乡村振兴战略对全民职业技能培训提出新要求。该文分析全民职业技能培训基本内涵及乡村振兴内生动力的内涵,对全民职业技能培训提升乡村振兴内生动力的内在逻辑加以探究,对构建完善的全民职业技能培训提升乡村振兴内生动力科学体系进行实践探索,并提出相应的对策建议,以期助力全面实施乡村振兴战略。The comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has posed new requirements for national vocational skills training.This paper analyzes the basic connotation of national vocational skills training and the connotation of the endogenous power of rural revitalization,and probes into the inherent logic of promoting the endogenous power of rural revitalization by national vocational skills training.this paper makes a practical exploration on the construction of a perfect scientific system of promoting the endogenous power of rural revitalization through national vocational skills training,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to facilitate the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
