摘　　要：乔松素(Pinocembrin)是一种天然黄酮类化合物,通过抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗神经细胞兴奋性毒性、抗凋亡等多种机制对脑血管病、神经退行性病变及其他中枢神经系统疾病发挥神经保护作用。该文总结了乔松素神经保护作机制的相关研究,以期为神经系统疾病的防治和中药单体乔松素的开发提供思路和理论依据。I Pinocembrin is a natural flavonoid with high content in honey,propolis and oregano,and has a wide range of application value in the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases.Pinocembrin can play a neuroprotective role in cerebrovascular dis-eases,neurodegenerative diseases and other central nervous system diseases through various mechanisms such as anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammation,anti-excitotoxicity of nerve cells,anti-apoptosis,etc.,and can alleviate the nerve damage caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,progressive multiple sclerosis,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease and other diseases.In this paper,the related research on neuroprotective mechanism of pino cembrin is summarized,in order to provide ideas and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases and the development of traditional Chinese medicine monomer pinocembrin.
