摘 要:高等旅游教育面临大产业挑战小教育的时代难题,旅游人才培养存在供需错位的现实困境,必须改革创新,高等旅游教育和旅游人才培养是系统工程,其改革涉及内生性、外生性和原生性等诸多因素。在国内外相关研究基础上,梳理总结高等旅游教育和旅游人才培养的问题症结,结合国家提出的“三全育人”时代方略,深入探研高等旅游教育创新改革的方向,搭建供需双向兼顾的旅游人才培养体系、建构职专相容的旅游人才培养模式、探索产教融合的旅游人才培养路径。进而提出融合学校本源、学生内源和社会外源3个源头,横向加入学校教学、关联科研、行业实践和创新创业4个模块,纵向贯通本科学制4年“三源四横四纵”的旅游人才链核式培养范式,以期为高等旅游教育和旅游人才培养提供参考与借鉴。The higher tourism education is facing the challenges of big industry and small education.There is a real dilemma of supply and demand mismatch in tourism personnel training,and it is necessary to reform and innovate.Higher tourism education and tourism personnel training is a systematic project,and its reform involves many factors such as endogenous,exogenous and original factors.On the basis of domestic and foreign related research review,this paper summarizes the crux of the problem of higher tourism education and tourism personnel training.Combined with the National“Three-all education”ERA strategy,this article clarifies the direction of innovate reform of higher tourism education,build a talent training system with supply and demand,construct a mode that pays equal attention to industry and education,explore a path of integrating industry and education.Furthermore,this article puts forward the integration of school source,student source and social external source,horizontally adding four modules of school teaching,related scientific research,industry practice,innovation and entrepreneurship,and vertically connecting the four-year undergraduate education system of“three sources,four horizontal and four vertical”tourism talent chain core training paradigm.This article will provide reference for higher tourism education and tourism personnel training.
