高性能类真石漆麻石效果涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：为开发一种类真石漆麻石多彩涂料以替代或者部分替代真石漆,研究了不同种类保护胶及其用量、不同种类纤维素及其用量、不同种类连续相和基础色漆用乳液及其用量对麻石多彩粒子状态、成品性能的影响。结果表明:当保护胶CH31用量为0.5%~0.7%,纤维素HE10K用量为0.9%~1.1%,基础色漆用乳液8027用量为20%~25%,连续相用乳液8081用量为60%~65%时,制备的类真石漆麻石多彩涂料彩点粒子圆润饱满,彩点均匀分散,抗渗色性强,成品性能优异,在耐水性与耐沾污性方面优于真石漆,且装饰效果与质感能够达到与真石漆相似的效果。In order to develop a kind of simulated stone like sesame effect multi-color paint to replace or partially replace stone paint.The effects of different kinds of protective glue solution and their dosage,different kinds of cellulose and their dosage,different kinds of emulsion for continuous phases and basic color paint and their dosage on the state of sesame effect multi-color paint and product performance were studied.The results showed that in the optimal formula,the addition amount of CH31 was 0.5%-0.7%,the addition amount of HE10K was 0.9%-1.1%,the emulsion for basic color paint was 8027 and the addition amount was 20%-25%,and the emulsion for continuous phase was 8081 and the addition amount was 60%-65%.Under this process condition,the colored mottled stone dots produced were round and plump,with uniform size distribution,strong color penetration resistance,and excellent finished product performance.The simulated stone like sesame effect multi-color paint was superior to stone paint in terms of water resistance and stain resistance,and its decorative effect and texture could achieve a similar level as stone paint.
