摘 要:为提高水泥基无机人造石防护涂层的耐沾污性和耐磨性,采用有机硅树脂为成膜物质,气相二氧化硅为填料,制备了无机人造石耐沾污涂层,通过典型污染液污染、水接触角和耐磨性测试及扫描电镜分析,评估了气相二氧化硅用量对涂层耐沾污性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:气相二氧化硅的加入可以有效提高涂层的硬度和耐磨性,但由于其表面的不规则形貌和大量羟基的存在,导致其在较高的掺量下涂层表面润湿性增强且耐沾污性下降。当气相二氧化硅用量在3%时,耐沾污涂层的综合性能最好,对甲紫和食醋污染液的色差?E<1.5,负载1 kg摩擦4000次仍可以保持完好外观和良好的耐沾污性。该涂层可以应用于无机人造石及其他水泥基装饰材料,解决水泥基装饰面材不耐沾污的问题。To improve the antifouling and wear-resistance of cement-based inorganic artificial stone protective coating,inorganic artificial stone anti-fouling coating was prepared using organic silicone resin as the film-forming material and fumed silica as filler.The impact of fumed silica on the anti-fouling and wear-resistance of the coating was evaluated through pollution of typical contaminated fluid,water contact angle,wear-resistance test and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the addition of fumed silica could effectively improve the hardness and wear-resistance of the coating.However,due to its irregular surface morphology and the presence of a large number of hydroxyl groups,the surface wettability was enhanced and the anti-fouling performance decreased at high doping level.When 3%fumed silica was added,the coating showed the best comprehensive performance,the color differenceΔE<1.5 for methyl violet and vinegar was obtained,and a good appearance and good antifouling performance maintained after 4000 times of heavy friction.This coating can be widely used in inorganic artificial stones and other cement-based decorative materials to solve the fouling problem.
