摘 要:石墨烯(G)材料改性水性重防腐涂料是涂料领域研究的热点之一,目前对石墨烯与传统阻隔填料的协同作用研究较少且协同机制尚不明确。通过吸水率和电化学阻抗谱测试,研究了石墨烯/云母氧化铁(MIO)对涂层屏蔽阻隔性能的影响,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱(EDS)分析了石墨烯与云母氧化铁2种颜填料在涂层中的相互影响机制。结果表明:当向水性环氧MIO涂层中加入0.35%石墨烯时,涂层的吸水率较水性环氧MIO涂层的吸水率上升2.06%;电化学阻抗谱测试结果显示,水性环氧G/MIO涂层较水性环氧MIO涂层高频的容抗弧半径降低,低频时涂层的阻抗模值降低,涂层电容增加了5.018×10^(-5)F/cm^(2),涂层电阻降低了0.86×10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),说明当向水性环氧MIO涂层加入石墨烯时涂层的屏蔽效果变差;通过对涂层截面进行表征,发现石墨烯与云母氧化铁在水性环氧涂层中同时存在时,最终涂层的屏蔽性能是由这2种颜料在涂层中的分布和分散性这两方面因素的叠加效应所决定。Graphene(G)material modified waterborne heavy anticorrosive coatings is one of the hot research areas in the field of coatings.At present,there are few researches on the synergistic effect of graphene and traditional barrier fillers,and the synergistic mechanism is not clear.In this paper,the effects of graphene/micaceous iron oxide(MIO)on the shielding properties of the coating were studied by water absorption and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The interaction mechanism between graphene and micaceous iron oxide fillers in the coating was discussed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray energy spectrometry(EDS).The results showed that:When 0.35%graphene was added to the waterborne epoxy MIO coating,the water absorption of the coating increased by 2.06%compared with that of the waterborne epoxy MIO coating.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test results showed that the arc radius of the waterborne epoxy G/MIO coating at high frequency decreased compared with that of the waterborne epoxy MIO coating,and the impedance mode value of the coating at low frequency decreased.The coating capacitance increased by 5.018×10^(-5)F/cm^(2),and the coating resistance decreased by 0.86×10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),indicating that the shielding effect of the coating became worse when graphene was added to the waterborne epoxy MIO coating.Through the characterization of the coating cross-section,it was found that when graphene and micaceous iron oxide exist in the waterborne epoxy coating at the same time,the shielding performance of the final coating was determined by the superimposed effect of the distribution and dispersion of the two pigments in the coating.
