摘 要:随着我国涂料工业的发展及环保法规的日益健全,涂料行业对挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的定义、测试方法及限量要求也越加规范和严格,文章总结了国内外与涂料、涂装排放相关的VOC定义及其测试方法,并就我国涂料行业6项新版强制性国家标准实施后所反馈的关于“VOC”的一些问题进行解析,如低光化学反应化合物的豁免清单、250℃沸点界分VOC的合理性、建筑涂料的半挥发性有机化合物(SVOC)、产品VOC含量与其涂装排放VOC不一致、测试方法导致的水性工业涂料VOC含量差异、VOC含量限值单位的统一等,以期对测试方法标准和VOC限量标准的修订有所帮助。With the development of coatings industry and the increasingly sound environmental regulations in China,the definition,testing methods,and content limit requirements for volatile organic compounds(VOC)in the coatings industry have become increasingly standardized and strict.The article summarized the definitions and testing methods of VOC related to coatings and coating emissions both domestically and internationally,and analyzed some specific“VOC”issues that had been feedback after the implementation of the new six mandatory national standards in Chinese coatings industry,such as exemption lists for low photochemical reaction compounds,rationality of 250℃boiling point VOC separation,semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOC)in architectural coatings,inconsistency between product VOC content and coating VOC emissions,the differences in VOC content of water-based industrial coatings caused by testing methods,unification of VOC content limit units were expected to be helpful for the revision of testing method standards and VOC content limit standards.
