摘 要:MXene是近年来发展的一类新型过渡金属碳/氮化物二维纳米材料,其在有机涂料中的应用逐渐引起关注。在MXene的种类、制备方法和性能的简介基础上,总结了其在电磁屏蔽涂料、防腐涂料和多功能涂料制备中的研究进展。报道显示,采用MXene制备的电磁屏蔽薄膜或涂层性能突出,MXene也能显著改善纯环氧树脂或纯聚氨酯树脂涂层的防腐性能,并在多功能涂层中展现出了良好的发展前景,但MXene与涂料各组分的相互作用研究仍缺乏深度和广度,影响其在涂层中的空间分布调控。建议今后加强MXene规模化制备方法和表面改性研究,扩展MXene研究对象及其应用的涂料领域。As a new type of transition metal carbon/nitride two-dimensional nanomaterial,MXene is attracting research interests in the field of organic coatings.In this review,based on the indroduction of the type,preparation method and properties of MXene,research progress on the applications of MXene in electromagnetic shielding coatings,anticorrosion coatings,and multifunctional coatings were summarized.Reports indicated that MXene could endow electromagnetic shielding films/coating with prominent performance,efficiently improve the corrosion resistance of pure epoxy resin coating or polyurethane coating,and demonstrated good development prospects in multifunctional coating.Nevertheless,research on the interaction between MXene and various coating components still lacked depth and breadth,which affected the spatial distribution regulation of MXene in coating.In the future,researches should focus on the large-scale production and surface modification of MXene,expand the research scope of MXene and its application in coatings field.
