配网终端远程运维一键调试移动便携主站装置的研制分析

摘　　要：随着南网总调技术路线的推进,主站远程运维已逐步替代二次站端工作,但配网终端的存量升级仍面临挑战。传统的电话沟通方式容易导致校对信息传递错误,且调试时间长、工作量大,当同一天存在多个主站对多个终端的调试任务时,经常无法正常开展。为解决这些问题,研发一种移动便携主站,配网综合班可将其携带至现场与配网终端直连。该便携主站设有调试基准定值校核模式,并提供一键调试功能。通过自动完成远程调阅和远程修改操作,并附带多项高级功能调试选项,便携主站能够自动生成调试报告,作为远程运维功能的移交凭证供调度主站使用。With the advancement of the technical route of South China Power Grid,the remote operation and maintenance of the main station has gradually replaced the work of the secondary station,but the inventory upgrade of distribution network terminals is still facing challenges.The traditional telephone communication method easily leads to errors in proofreading information transmission,and the debugging time is long and the workload is heavy.When there are debugging tasks of multiple main stations to multiple terminals on the same day,it often cannot be carried out normally.In order to solve these problems,a mobile portable master station is developed,which can be carried to the site by the distribution network comprehensive class and directly connected with the distribution network terminal.The portable master station is equipped with a calibration mode of debugging reference fixed value and provides a one-key debugging function.By automatically completing remote access and remote modification operations,and with a number of advanced function debugging options,the portable master station can automatically generate debugging reports,which can be used as handover vouchers for remote operation and maintenance functions for the dispatching master station.
