摘  要:该文在总结电缆接头结构和分类情况的基础上,选择典型的电缆中间接头,建立其几何模型;基于传热学原理,建立正常运行条件下电缆中间接头温度场分析模型,运用有限元方法,计算得到电缆中间接头温度场分布规律,并对电缆中间接头温度场影响因素进行分析,得到环境温度、负载电流对电缆接头温度场的影响规律。该文研究得到的电缆中间接头温度场分布特性及其影响因素分析结果可以为电缆中间接头的优化设计和温度监测设备的安装布置提供参考。On the basis of summarizing the structure and classification of cable joints,this paper selects typical cable intermediate joints and establishes their Geometric modeling;Based on the principle of heat transfer,a temperature field analysis model for cable intermediate joints under normal operating conditions was established.The finite element method was used to calculate the temperature field distribution law of cable intermediate joints,and the influencing factors of cable intermediate joint temperature field were analyzed.The influence law of environmental temperature,load current,and air convective heat transfer coefficient on the temperature field of cable joints was obtained.The temperature field distribution characteristics and influencing factors of cable intermediate joints studied in this article can provide reference for the optimization design of cable intermediate joints and the installation and layout of temperature monitoring equipment.
