摘 要:车灯花纹具有单元尺寸小、单元结构类似、单元数量多和造型精度要求高等特点,手工建模要花费大量时间,效率极低。针对上述问题基于NX10二次开发平台,开发异形四棱锥车灯花纹的快速建模系统。首先利用人机交互界面定制模块(Block UI Styler),定制出风格统一的UI对话框。其次,对用于创建花纹单元的曲线网格进行处理:通过曲线之间的相交关系将曲线分为2组,创建交点并通过矩阵变换对交点排序得到交点矩阵。最后利用应用程序接口(NX Open API)函数,结合异形四棱锥花纹的手工建模思路,实现异形四棱锥车灯花纹的快速建模。实践证明,异形四棱锥车灯花纹快速建模系统可以提高建模效率,缩短车灯的设计开发周期。The car lamp pattern has the characteristics of small unit size,similar unit structure,large number of units and high modeling precision,so manual modeling takes a lot of time and the efficiency is extremely low.In order to solve the above problems,a fast modeling system of special-shaped pyramid lamp pattern is developed based on the secondary development platform of NX10.Firstly,the UI dialog box with uniform style is customized by using the man-machine interface customization module(Block UI Styler).Secondly,the curve grid used to create the pattern element is processed:the curve is divided into two groups through the intersection of the curves,the intersection points are created and the intersection points are sorted by matrix transformation to get the intersection matrix.Finally,using the application program interface(NX Open API)function,combined with the manual modeling idea of the special-shaped pyramid pattern,the rapid modeling of the special-shaped pyramid lamp pattern is realized.The practice shows that the rapid modeling system of special-shaped pyramid lamp pattern can improve the modeling efficiency and shorten the design and development cycle of headlights.
