摘  要:地坪涂料的种类、应用领域越来越广泛,拉伸黏结强度是其重要的质量指标。拉伸黏结强度对产品的耐用性和稳定性起决定性作用,但现有的评价方法有一定的局限性,常常发现做完拉伸黏结强度后,基材出现破坏,并不能很好表达出实际的强度。通过收集不同厂家的地坪涂料,采用划格试验对地坪涂料在不同底材(无石棉纤维水泥平板、混凝土板、喷砂钢板)的附着力表现,同时采用拉开法对地坪涂料在不同底材(混凝土板、喷砂钢板)测试附着力,研究是否可以使用喷砂钢板作为底材进行拉开法附着力的测试,以更好地评价地坪涂料拉伸黏结强度,并分析样品在实际应用中与底材的附着力。该文依据划格试验、拉伸黏结强度、拉开法附着力测试4种无溶剂型地坪涂料(非自流平)底涂、4种无溶剂型地坪涂料(非自流平)面涂,并收集试验数据,研究拉开法附着力评价地坪涂料拉伸黏结强度的适用性。The types and application fields of floor coatings are more and more extensive,and the tensile bond strength is an important quality index.The tensile bond strength plays a decisive role in the durability and stability of the product,but the existing evaluation methods have some limitations.It is often found that after the tensile bond strength,the substrate is destroyed,which can not well express the actual strength.Through the collection of floor coatings from different manufacturers,the adhesion performance of floor coatings on different substrates(non-asbestos fiber cement plate,concrete plate,sandblasted steel plate)was tested by grid test.At the same time,the adhesion of floor coating on different substrates(concrete slabs and sandblasted steel plates)was tested by pull-off method,and whether sandblasted steel plates could be used as substrates was studied.In order to better evaluate the tensile bond strength of the floor coating,and analyze the adhesion between the sample and the substrate in practical application.In this paper,four kinds of solvent-free floor coatings(non-self-leveling)and four kinds of solvent-free floor coatings(non-self-leveling)were tested on the basis of grid test,tensile bond strength and adhesion test,and the test data were collected.The applicability of tensile adhesion method to evaluate the tensile bond strength of floor coatings was studied.
