摘 要:该文主要探究高压断路器的故障机理以及操作机构故障的诊断方法。文章使用ANSYS软件创建高压断路器灭弧室的有限元仿真模型,通过施加载荷分析灭弧室结构对内部电场的影响。结果表明,屏蔽罩上电荷残余量与灭弧室内最大电场强度有直接关系,电荷残余量过大是导致高压断路器发生击穿故障的主要原因。随后提出一种基于CCA算法和SOM算法的故障诊断技术,并选取300组操作机构运行数据进行故障诊断,结果显示有2处故障。现场检修结果与诊断结果一致,说明CCA-SOM诊断技术正确。This paper mainly discusses the fault mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker and the fault diagnosis method of operating mechanism.In this paper,the finite element simulation model of the arc extinguishing chamber of high-voltage circuit breaker is established by using ANSYS software,and the influence of the structure of arc extinguishing chamber on the internal electric field is analyzed by applying load.The results show that the residual charge on the shield is directly related to the maximum electric field strength in the arc extinguishing chamber,and the excessive residual charge is the main cause of the breakdown fault of the high-voltage circuit breaker.Then,a fault diagnosis technology based on CCA algorithm and SOM algorithm is proposed,and 300 sets of operating mechanism running data are selected for fault diagnosis,and the results show that there are two faults.The result of on-site maintenance is consistent with that of diagnosis,which shows that the diagnostic technology of CCA-SOM is correct.
