摘　　要：为解决高速卷烟包装机条盒喷胶装置清洁保养费时及过程复杂的问题,通过分析设备工作原理和喷胶装置工作原理及喷胶装置清洁保养方法,找出喷胶装置清洁保养费时的原因,设计一套带弧型导管分离式的专用清洁保养工具,以缩短喷胶装置清洁保养用时。应用表明,新设计的工具安装简单、快捷,使用后能有效提升工作效率,同时能避免喷液飞溅污染设备,实现一次完成保养工作,达到快速清洁保养设备,提高设备有效作业率的目的。In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and complicated process of cleaning and maintenance of glue spraying device for strip box of high-speed cigarette packaging machine,by analyzing the working principle of equipment and glue spraying device and the cleaning and maintenance method of glue spraying device,the reason of time-consuming cleaning and maintenance of glue spraying device was found out.A set of special cleaning and maintenance tools with arc conduit and separate type is designed to shorten the cleaning and maintenance time of the glue spraying device.The application shows that the newly designed tool is simple and fast to install,and can effectively improve the work efficiency after use.At the same time,this tool can avoid the spatter pollution of the equipment,complete the maintenance work at one time,and achieve the purpose of rapid cleaning and maintenance of the equipment,thus improving the effective operation rate of the equipment.
