摘 要:近年来,加纳某燃机电厂在运行过程中陆续发现GIS铝合金接地外壳连接法兰发生严重腐蚀现象。通过对比分析GIS不同部位的铝合金连接法兰腐蚀程度,认为铝合金交流电化学腐蚀是造成本缺陷的主要原因,针对此原因,结合现场实际情况提出相应防范措施和注意事项。得知降低连接法兰内侧的交流感应电压和减少铝合金与外界空气的接触对减缓铝合金法兰的腐蚀具有重要作用。In recent years,serious corrosion of GIS aluminum alloy grounding shell connection flange has been found in the operation of a gas turbine power plant in Ghana.By comparing and analyzing the corrosion degree of aluminum alloy connecting flanges in different parts of GIS,it is considered that the AC electrochemical corrosion of aluminum alloy is the main cause of this defect.According to the above reasons,the corresponding preventive measures and matters needing attention are put forward according to the actual situation on the spot.Thus,it is known that reducing the AC induced voltage on the inside of the connecting flange and reducing the contact between aluminum alloy and external air play an important role in slowing down the corrosion of aluminum alloy flange.
