水上漂浮式钻场施工工艺优化研究

摘  要:水利水电站前期勘察外业勘探工作中,交通极为不便,机械设备和材料搬迁均是靠人扛马驮。尤其在近年来许多水电勘察项目主要集中在川、滇、藏的高山峡谷地区,因海拔高、地势险、交通条件差、搬迁距离远和社会环境复杂等,造成勘探工作前期搬迁组织难、协调难度大、搬迁时间长等诸多问题。而水上钻孔施工往往限制在每年的2—5月、11—12月流域枯水期,施工工期短,如何缩短施工前设备进场搬迁、组装、定位等无效钻进时间,增加钻进效率一直是水上钻探施工的专业研究重点,水上钻探施工工艺优化设计对于提高施工效率和降低生产成本具有重要意义。该文以中间套入油桶形成框架式油桶漂浮式钻场为例,研究水上漂浮式钻场的施工工艺优化方案。In the preliminary investigation and field exploration of water conservancy and hydropower stations,the traffic is extremely inconvenient,and the relocation of machinery,equipment and materials depends on people carrying horses.Especially in recent years,many hydropower exploration projects are mainly concentrated in the alpine and canyon areas of Sichuan,Yunnan and Tibet,because of high altitude,dangerous topography,poor traffic conditions,long relocation distance,complex social environment and so on.It results in many problems,such as difficult organization of relocation in the early stage of exploration work,difficult coordination,long relocation time and so on.However,the water drilling construction is often limited to the low water periods of the basin,i.e.from February to May and from November to December every year,and the construction period is short.How to shorten the invalid drilling time such as equipment relocation,assembly and positioning before construction?Increasing drilling efficiency has always been the focus of professional research in water drilling construction,and the optimization design of water drilling construction technology is of great significance to improve construction efficiency and reduce production cost.Taking the frame oil barrel floating drilling field formed by the intermediate oil barrel as an example,the construction technology optimization scheme of the floating drilling field is studied in this paper.
