摘  要:定数和定时截尾试验是工程上非常重要的一类寿命试验,目前对于产品寿命遵循指数分布情况已有成熟的可靠性评估方法,但是对于工程上常见的产品对数寿命遵循正态分布的情况,还难以根据定数和定时截尾寿命试验数据进行可靠性评估。为此,本文首先提出一种正态分布定数截尾数据可靠性评估方法,能够根据定数截尾寿命试验数据评估产品高置信度、高可靠度的可靠寿命单侧置信限,以及给定时刻下高置信度的可靠度单侧置信下限。然后进一步将该方法推广到定时截尾试验的情况,给出一种正态分布定时截尾数据可靠性评估方法,能够根据定时截尾寿命试验数据进行高置信水平的可靠性评估。从而使工程上许多无法处理的定数或定时截尾寿命试验数据得以统计分析,实现小样本可靠性评估。Type-II and Type-I censored(also known as failure and time censored,respectively)tests are very important types of life tests in engineering.At present,there are mature reliability assessment methods for the exponential distribution.However,for the common case that the logarithmic life of a product follows a normal distribution,it is still difficult to evaluate the reliability based on the Type-II and Type-I censored lifetime data.Therefore,this paper firstly proposes a reliability assessment method for the normal distribution using Type-II censored data,which can assess the product's one-sided confidence limits of reliable lifetime with high confidence and high reliability,as well as the one-sided lower confidence limits of reliability with high confidence at a given moment according to the Type-II censored lifetime data.Then the method is further generalized to the Type-I censoring conditions,and a reliability assessment method that can be performed at a high confidence level based on the Type-I censored lifetime data is proposed.Through these methods,many Type-II or Type-I censored lifetime test data that cannot be processed in engineering can be statistically analyzed,realizing the small-sample reliability assessment.
