摘  要:为解决某地铁车辆用夹钳制动单元-铝合金制动盘制动噪声测试过程其他噪声串扰问题,本文通过研究工况传递路径方法(OTPA)的适用性,并对某地铁车辆制动噪声进行测试,解析车内噪声中制动噪声成分,评估制动噪声特性及其影响。测试研究表明工况传递路径方法(OTPA)能够有效解决地铁车辆客室内制动噪声测试存在的多声源通道信号之间的串扰问题,建立制动噪声测试评估能力。此外,某地铁车辆用夹钳制动单元-铝合金制动盘显著存在制动噪声问题,且能量集中呈现啸叫特性。In order to solve crosstalk problems of other noise during the braking noise test of a caliper brake unit for a subway vehicle-aluminum alloy brake disc,this paper conduct the studies of the applicability of the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA).Noise test,and analysis of braking noise components in vehicle interior noise,and the evaluating of braking noise effects.The test research shows that the OTPA method can effectively solve the problem of crosstalk between multiple sound source channel signals existing in the braking noise test in the subway vehicle passenger compartment,and establish the braking noise test evaluation ability.In addition,the caliper brake unit for a subway vehicle-aluminum alloy brake disc has obvious braking noise problems,and the energy concentration shows the characteristic of howling.
