环保型充气柜“零”局放的机械设计方法探讨

摘  要:本文旨在探讨一种新型的环保型充气柜“零”局放的机械设计方法,以解决充气柜局放问题并减少环境污染。本文首先介绍了环保型充气柜的工作原理,并分析了其存在的局放问题。接着,本文提出了一种新型的机械设计方案——“零”局放设计。该设计方案通过优化充气柜内部结构和材料,使得充气柜内部电场均匀分布,从而达到“零”局放的目的。实验结果表明,新型设计方案能够有效地降低充气柜的局放现象,同时具有良好的环保性能。最后对未来环保型充气柜的发展方向进行了展望,认为在材料选用、结构设计、工艺技术等方面不断创新,可以进一步提高充气柜的可靠性和环保性能。This article aims to explore a new mechanical design method for"zero"partial discharge of environmentally friendly inflatable cabinets,in order to solve the problem of partial discharge of inflatable cabinets and reduce environmental pollution.This article first introduces the working principle of environmentally friendly inflatable cabinets and analyzes their existing partial discharge problems.Next,this article proposes a new mechanical design scheme-the"zero"partial discharge design.This design scheme optimizes the internal structure and materials of the gas charging cabinet to evenly distribute the electric field inside,thereby achieving the goal of"zero"partial discharge.The experimental results show that the new design scheme can effectively reduce the partial discharge phenomenon of the gas filled cabinet,while also having good environmental performance.Finally,the development direction of future environmentally friendly inflatable cabinets is prospected,and it is believed that continuous innovation in material selection,structural design,process technology,and other aspects can further improve the reliability and environmental performance of inflatable cabinets.
