摘 要:为实现具有对称结构、阵列结构特征零件的高效、高精度加工,提出了同步驱动双线电极微细电火花切割方法,并研制了实现该加工方法的加工装置。线电极张力的变化以及双线电极的张力一致性是影响零件加工精度的重要因素。以控制线电极张力为目的,探究了收/供丝侧电机转速差、线电极运丝速度以及摩擦轮副正压力对线电极张力变化的影响。试验研究发现收/供丝侧电机转速差是影响张力变化的直接原因,同时影响张力建立斜率、张力形成点和平均张力大小,其对线电极张力波动的影响最大;而摩擦轮副正压力通过影响最大静摩擦力来改变线电极平均张力和张力形成点;并得到了在给定试验条件下,同步双线电极微细电火花切割线电极张力趋于稳定的最优参数。In order to realize the high efficiency and high precision machining of symmetrical structure and array structure parts,a synchronous drive double-wire electrode micro EDM method was proposed,and a machining device was developed to realize the machining method.The change of wire electrode tension and the consistency of double-wire electrode tension are important factors affecting the machining accuracy of parts.In order to control the tension of the wire electrode,the effects of the speed difference of the motor on the receiving/feeding side,the wire electrode speed and the positive pressure of the friction wheel pair on the wire electrode tension change were investigated.The experimental study found that the speed difference of the motor is the direct cause of the change of the tension value,and affects the slope of the tension establishment,the tension formation point,and the average tension size.It has the greatest influence on the tension fluctuation of the wire electrode,and the positive pressure of the friction wheel pair changes the average tension and tension formation point of the wire electrode by affecting the maximum static friction force.The optimal parameters of wire electrode tension of synchronous double-wire electrode micro EDM tending to be stable under given experimental conditions were obtained.
