摘 要:目的:分析标准化营养干预对改善结直肠癌患者化疗毒性反应及改善患者生活质量影响。方法:本项研究于2022年4月正式启动,截止时间是2022年12月。选用此时间段到蚌埠医学院第一附属医院接受治疗的结直肠癌患者80例为研究对象,并将上述研究样本数量基于完全随机数字表法分为2组,分别接受基础营养护理与标准化营养干预。对比观察两组化疗毒副反应与生活质量数据差异。结果:分析不同护理模式应用后,癌症患者化疗毒性反应分级影响发现,研究组毒性反应分级低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后观察患者生活质量数据变化发现,研究组经干预后生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对结直肠癌化疗期患者存在毒性反应重、生活质量低下问题,采取标准化营养干预可改善患者营养状态,增强患者机体抵抗力及身体素质,提高化疗治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得临床推广为患者带来治疗福音。Objective:To analyze the impact of standardized nutritional interventions during chemotherapy on improving toxic reactions and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:This study was officially launched in April 2022 and the cut-off time was December 2022.Eighty colorectal cancer therapy patients who received treatment in the hospital during this time period were selected as the study objects,and divided into 2 groups based on the completely randomized numerical table method to receive basic nutritional care and standardized nutritional interventions,respectively.The differences in chemotherapy toxic side effects and quality of life data between the two groups were compared and observed.Results:Analysis of the effects of different care modes on the grading of toxic reactions of cancer patients with different severity of chemotherapy showed that the grading of toxic reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);observation of the changes in patients’quality of life data before and after the nursing intervention showed that the quality of life score in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:In view of the problems of heavy toxic reactions and low quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy,standardized nutritional intervention can enhance patients’resistance and physical quality by improving their nutritional status,which can improve chemotherapy treatment effects and actively help improve patients’prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion to bring therapeutic benefi ts to patients.
