摘 要:作为一种新型复合材料制备技术,原位合成法凭借其操作简单、成本低、与其他工艺的兼容性较好和便于推广等优势,成为近年来研究的热点。将原位反应引入钎焊领域,可以有效解决钎料在制备及使用过程中存在的成形性能差、接头残余应力大、难以润湿母材等问题。本文综合评述了目前关于原位反应在钎料合成中的应用,首先介绍了通过改变成形工艺来原位熔合低熔点高强韧钎料的相关研究,归纳了常见的成形工艺,如层状复合式、挤压复合式、添加金属粉芯及表面镀覆等,之后介绍了利用原位反应生成复合钎料增强相来实现异种材料有效连接的研究进展,最后指出现阶段利用原位反应合成钎料时所存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。As a new composite material preparation technology,in situ synthesis has become a research hotspot in recent years due to its simple operation,low cost,good compatibility with other processes and easy promotion.The adoption of in situ reaction in brazing technology has also been widely studied,and found to be able to effectively solve the problems such as poor forming performance,large residual stress and difficult wetting of base metal during the preparation and use of brazing filler metal.In this paper,the current application of in situ reaction in brazing filler metal synthesis is reviewed.Firstly,the research on in situ fusion of low melting point and high strength brazing filler metal by changing the forming process is introduced,and the common forming processes,such as layered composite,extrusion composite,adding metal powder core and surface plating,are summarized.After that,the research on effective connection of dissimilar materials by using in situ reaction to generate composite filler metal reinforcement phase is introduced,Finally,the existing problems of in situ synthesis of brazing filler metal at the emerging stage are pointed out,and the future research directions are prospected.
