摘 要:我国煤化工产业要与黄河流域实现高质量协调发展就必须要破解产业取水、用水难题。我国西北富煤地区在煤炭开采过程中产生大量矿井水,但由于水权交易受限等问题,当前矿井水整体利用率较低。未来加强矿井水综合利用有望成为支撑煤化工产业用水和黄河流域高质量发展的重要途经之一。同时,煤化工项目需要加强用水和排水管理,加快循环水冷却系统改造升级,研发推广先进节水和废水循环利用技术。China's coal chemical industry is concentrated in the coal mining areas in the Yellow River Basin.At present,China's coal chemical industry mainly relies on the Yellow River for water intake.It is necessary for the high-quality harmonious development between coal chemical industry and the Yellow River Basin to solve the problem of fetching and using water.A large amount of mine water is generated in the coal mining process in Northwest coal-rich areas of China.However,due to the limited water rights trading and other issues,a few of mine water is re-utilized.In the future,strengthening the comprehensive utilization of mine water is expected to become a support for the coal chemical industry and the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Meanwhile,coal chemical projects need to strengthen using water and drainage management,speed up the transformation and upgrading of circulating water-cooling systems,and develop and promote advanced water-saving technologies such as wastewater recycling.
