摘 要:采用环氧树脂固化剂中的芳香胺类物质对部分还原的氧化石墨烯进行表面改性,胺基可与氧化石墨烯表面残留的环氧基团加成反应从而实现在石墨烯表面修饰胺基基团(rGO-NH_(2))的调控。通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱、透射电子显微镜、原子力显微镜对胺基改性石墨烯进行表征。结果表明,随着氧化石墨烯还原程度的不断加深,所得到的胺基改性石墨烯中胺基含量减少、碳原子晶格完整度提高且片层厚度稍有减少。对以rGO-NH_(2)为填料制备得到的环氧涂层进行交流阻抗测试、极化曲线测试及盐雾腐蚀实验,结果表明,复合涂层低频阻抗模值比纯环氧涂层高了4个数量级,具有更低的腐蚀电流密度、更高的屏蔽性能,且调控石墨烯的胺基改性有效抑制了石墨烯的腐蚀并促进了其活性。The surface of partially reduced graphene oxide is modified by aromatic amines in epoxy resin curing agents,in which the addition reaction between amine groups and the residual epoxy groups on the surface of graphene oxide can achieve the modulation of modified amine groups(rGO-NH_(2))on the surface of graphene.The amino modified graphene is characterized by infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.It is shown that with the deepening reduction degree of graphene oxide,the amino-modified graphene obtained has less amino group content,an increasing lattice integrity of carbon atoms and a slightly reduced lamella thickness.It is found through performing AC impedance test,polarization curve test and salt spray corrosion test on the epoxy composite coating prepared with rGO-NH_(2) as fillings that the low-frequency impedance modulus of the composite coating is four orders of magnitude higher than that of the pure epoxy coating,and the composite coating shows lower corrosion current density and higher shielding performance.The amino modification of the modulated graphene effectively suppresses the corrosion of graphene and promotes its activity.
