摘 要:中兴通讯总部大厦1栋为具有立面悬挑及体型收进特点的超高层建筑。在方案阶段,对立面悬挑进行了多方案比选,结果表明斜柱倾角对整体指标及经济性影响较小,随着斜柱倾角增大,斜柱端部拉力及相关楼层剪力墙的剪力有明显增加。对斜柱转换结构进行了详细的传力路径分析并总结了其受力特点,提出了斜柱转换结构关键构件的设计方法,保证了斜柱结构可靠性。通过“抗”与“放”相结合的方式解决了斜柱顶部楼板应力较大的问题。对体型收进进行了受力特点及变形分析,结果表明体型收进结构在竖向、水平荷载作用下分别有不同于常规结构的传力特征,在竖向荷载作用下也存在较为明显的水平变形。根据分析结果,对体型收进处采取了一系列有针对性的结构加强措施。ZTE Headquarters Building 1 entails a super high-rise building characterized by unique attributes such as cantilevered facades and shape setback.During the schematic design phase,multiple design alternatives for the cantilevered facades were thoroughly evaluated.The results demonstrate that the slanting column inclination angle had a relatively negligible impact on overall performance and cost-effectiveness.However,with an increasing slanting column inclination angle,noticeable increases are observed in tension at the column ends and shear forces in the corresponding floor shear walls.A comprehensive force path analysis was conducted in detail on the slanting column conversion structure,and its force characteristics were summarized.The design method for the key components of the inclined column conversion structure has been proposed to ensure the reliability of the inclined column structure.The challenge of high stress on the top floor slab of the slanting columns was effectively mitigated through a combined strategy of resistance and yielding.The force characteristics and deformation analysis were conducted on the shape setback.The results reveale that the morphological contraction structure exhibited distinctive load-bearing characteristics under vertical and horizontal loads compared to conventional structures.Notably,significant horizontal deformations were observed under vertical loading.According to the analysis results,a series of targeted structural reinforcement measures were implemented in the shape setback area.
