高层建筑嵌固端相关问题探讨

摘　　要：探讨了《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)(简称高规)关于高层建筑嵌固端的规定及嵌固端选取遇到的问题。指出高层建筑宜采用带地下室的整体模型进行结构分析,无论选定的嵌固端位置在何处,实际的嵌固端都是地下室底板。高层建筑的地下室顶板不满足高规关于嵌固端的要求时,或不需要以地下室顶板以上结构单独建模分析时,建议均选地下室底板为嵌固端。此时,地下室顶板可以开大洞或错层,可以做成无梁楼盖,地下一层与首层剪切刚度比无需满足大于2的要求。只要结构分析时在地下室外墙处尽可能真实地考虑“土弹簧”的作用,且尽可能真实考虑楼盖的实际状况,计算机软件都能基本正确地反映传力途径及结构构件内力。同时,所有与室外地坪标高接近的地下室楼盖均需按高规关于嵌固端的要求进行构造加强。It is discussed that the requirements the fixed end of high-rise buildings in Technical specification for concrete structure of tall buildings(JGJ 3—2010)(referred to as high code)and the problems encountered in the selection of fixed end.It is pointed out that the integral model with basement should be used for structural analysis of high-rise buildings,no matter where the fixed end is selected,the actual fixed end is the basement bottom plate.When the basement roof of a high-rise building does not meet the requirements of the high code on the fixed end,or the structure above the basement roof does not need to be modeled and analyzed separately,it is recommended to select the basement floor as the fixed end.At this time,the basement roof can be opened large holes or split-level,it can be made into a beamless floor,and the shear stiffness ratio between the first underground layer and the first above layer does not need to be greater than 2.As long as the role of"soil spring"is considered as true as possible in the basement exterior wall during structural analysis,and the actual situation of the floor is considered as true as possible,the computer software can basically reflect the way of the force transmission and the internal force of the structural members basically correctly.At the same time,all basement floors close to the outdoor floor elevation should be structurally strengthened according to the requirements of high code on the fixed end.
