自制经单孔腹腔镜装置在输卵管妊娠手术的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在输卵管妊娠手术治疗中使用自制经单孔腹腔镜装置的应用效果。方法选取接受手术治疗的80例输卵管妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组利用奥林巴斯传统腹腔镜系统完成手术,研究组利用自制经单孔腹腔镜装置完成手术,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组并发症发生率2.50%低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间短于对照组,手术失血量少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管妊娠手术治疗中实施自制经单孔腹腔镜装置方法,有助于预防患者并发症发生,优化手术指标,缓解患者疼痛感,术后康复效果好,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the application effect of self-made transorifice laparoscopic device in tubal pregnancy operation.Methods 80 cases of tubal pregnancy patients receiving surgical treatment were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group completed the operation with Olympus traditional laparoscopic system,and the study group completed the operation with self-made transorifice laparoscopic device,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%lower than that of the control group 15.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed,the time of postoperative exhaust and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the operation blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy,the method of self-made transorifice laparoscopic device is helpful to prevent the occurrence of complications,optimize the surgical indicators,relieve the pain of patients,and the postoperative rehabilitation effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
